1.Light – Emitting Component
The core of our module is the high – brightness LED light – emitting chip. As shown in the product pictures, the square yellow light emitting area is the LED chip. It features high luminous efficiency, low energy consumption, and a long lifespan (able to maintain stable performance for a long time under proper use). This LED chip is the soul of the entire lighting module, directly determining the brightness and color rendering of the light.
2.Lens and Bezel
Surrounding the LED chip is the lens and bezel structure. The lens, with a diameter of 7.2cm as marked, plays a role in concentrating and distributing light. It can control the angle and range of light emissions, ensuring that the light can be evenly projected to the desired area. The bezel, with a diameter of 9cm, not only plays a protective role but also helps to fix the lens and other components. Made of high-quality materials, it has good durability and can resist the erosion of various outdoor environments such as wind, rain, and ultraviolet rays.
3.Heat – Dissipation Component
On one side of the module, there is a heat-dissipation fin structure. Since the LED chip will generate a certain amount of heat during operation, effective heat dissipation is essential to ensure the long – term stable operation of the product. This heat – dissipation fin can quickly transfer the heat generated by the LED chip to the surrounding environment, preventing the chip from being damaged due to overheating and also helping to extend the lifespan of the entire module.
4.Mounting Substrate
The square metal substrate on which the above components are mounted provides a stable support structure. With dimensions of 9cm (length) and 8cm (width) as shown, it is made of high – strength, corrosion – resistant metal materials. It can firmly fix the LED chip, lens, bezel, and heat – dissipation components, ensuring the overall structural stability of the module. At the same time, it also has a certain heat conduction function, assisting the heat – dissipation fins in heat transfer.
